• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BD23 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.
• BD23 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time you submit a bet may differ from those at the time of confirmation. In such cases, BD23 may accept the bet at the updated odds or present you with a revised offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BD23 platform:

• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using bots or automated software for betting or gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Depositing using funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to harm the platform's systems or other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using the BD23 name or logo without authorization.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.

BD23 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the terms and conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or other financial misconduct.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: An automatic betting stop triggered once a set loss threshold is reached.
